What started as a boyhood friendship, has evolved into a trusting and collaborative partnership. AGV co-founders, Ryan Mellies and Mike O’Hara, are both Kansas City locals. With deep roots in Kansas City, they are familiar with the many neighborhoods that residents call home. Their knowledge and appreciation of Kansas City real estate is only surpassed by their care and appreciation of its’ people. AGV does it different. Real Estate the AGV way puts people first.
Ryan Mellies - Co Founder
Ryan Mellies is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Kansas and Missouri. Ryan has experienced first hand the highs and lows of being a homeowner, through his own experiences, as well as the vast array of circumstances he has served his clients. Ryan truly values serving the people of KS and MO to alleviate their real estate burdens, promising a fair price and an easy transaction in every situation!
Mike O’Hara - Co Founder
Mike O’Hara has extensive experience in the residential construction industry. As a Kansas City native, his appreciation of residential properties throughout the area extends back as far as he can remember. Mike is dedicated to providing peace of mind to homeowners by alleviating house hassles and assuming the responsibility to close each transaction quickly and without burdens. Mike takes pride in serving the community that he calls home.
